Original and Retail Packaging means what the picture portrays, from HP. [.].I placed the order and received from Inkojet, remanufactured cartridges. I asked for a pre-paid postage label to be sent to me to return the product. Finally after telling them I was going to handle it with Amazon and my credit card company, I get an email from Inkojet saying they would refund my money if I would send the product back. No customer should ever be treated like this from any company. This is where the fun began. I sent them my info and finnally received a postage label.
I returned the product and will never purchase from Inkojet again. I contacted Inkojet and that is where the nightmare began. They should refuse to do business with INKOJET Two months later I get a refund.Buyer beware. There is no phone number to contact them. On Amazon I found Original HP 96/97 Ink Cartridges Combo Pak in Retail Packaging ( see attached link). Inkojet uses false advertisement to sell their inferior products.
I sent four emails to Inkojet with no responce. No responce. Amazon is a GREAT shopping web site. I was looking to buy original ink cartridges for my printer. I have used remanufactured cartridges in the past and they either do not work or they do not last very long. I sent another reply and they replied back that they had no information on me to send the pre-paid label.
After reading other reviews, I'm inclined to believe I got it right and was stiffed. I had not saved my order information, I've always been very pleased with the products I've ordered from Amazon. It's just that ordering two color cartridges at this price is a decent buy. Firstly, I was under the impression that I was supposed to be getting two color cartridges. Next time I need cartridges, I'll go back to Sam's Club and get them. So I wasn't sure if I misunderstood the order, or if they just got it wrong.
Getting one black one instead, isn't. I can't say that I was thrilled with this purchase, at this price. When the package came, it contained one color and one black and white. The cartridges did appear to be new, original HP ink cartridges and they work fine, so I can't complain about that.
Won't use any other printer Ink. No one has been able to change my mind yet.HP - 96 --- BlackHP - 97 --- Color
I needed to buy several ink cartridges and was able to save a lot by buying wisely on Amazon.
